Automotive/car magazine help?

Back in my school library, there was a car magazine(s) that had this chart almost in the very back. If I remember properly, it had a yellow background color. On that chart there was a large number of cars listed in an alphabetical order with their specifications in the same line as the name. The specs included, price, 0-60, slalom, fuel consumption, horsepower, etc. Every car they would review would be added on that list with it’s specifications.

Can anyone tell me what magazine was it and has anyone found it online?
